Obsidian-Silver Sheen is a variety of black Obsidian which has bright silvery inclusions. This stone is formed when volcanic lava cools down very quickly after coming in contact with water. It is a natural volcanic glass which has a lustrous texture and when you hold this stone in light it has a flash of silver which seems to be glowing from within. It is said to have properties which wards off negative energy and protects oneself from all the negativities. The quick process of cooling makes it very shiny and smooth textured.
